    The Benefits of Printing Offset

Our Komori Lithrone GL840P offset printing press is an absolute unit. This beast requires two people to run and stretches the length of a basketball court – once you see the benefits, you understand why it takes such ambition to run.

    The Offset Print Process

A design file is created and sent to Delzer’s pre-press team.

The file is processed onto a metal plate imaged with a laser for each ink color.

The plates, substrate, and rubber print roller interact on press to transfer the ink to the sheet.

The final print comes off the press dry and ready for finishing.
